"Urban Meadows has helped create positive changes in my life.
It has given me a paying jobs; new skills and capabilities; a sense of
belonging; and new friends, my coworkers and supervisors.
And we
must not forget my growing relationship with the beautiful plants and flowers I work with each day. Working here has helped me be more responsible and punctual over the
past three years. I used to sleep a lot during the day. Now I am more motivated to hold a job and get up in the
morning and keep busy at work. I used to be late and not even call. Now, I always call if I am going to be
substantially late.
Urban Meadows gives me the opportunity to be creative. I am always learning under the wonderful guidance of my supervisors. I
am gaining more experience and self-confidence every day.
